In carrying out its mission (as mandated) to promote the advancement, awareness, understanding and professional practise of commercial diplomacy, the Academy has developed a global network of strategic and collaborative partners. These partnerships enable DAE to optimise its program development and to meet the specific needs of practitioners of commercial diplomacy from all regions.
The Academy shall continue to support the inter-diplomatic forums, with maximum participants, as mandated. The aim is to reach enough practitioners over the next few years. Regional intergovernmental organisations, professional bodies, diplomatic academies and research/training institutes shall be invited for cooperation or collaboration in the execution of the interdiplomatic forums.
The Diplomatic Academy will also encourage academic institutional members, and strategic partners on all continents to continue to assist in a number of valuable ways, such as making proposals for improving, adapting and updating the curriculum, providing the logistics, selecting the participants, and securing the support of experts to act as lecturers or speakers. DAE will continue to identify young professionals/mid-career diplomats and practitioners in government institutions, diplomatic academies and other professional institutions whose input will surely contribute to creating a local and permanent capacity in the field of commercial diplomacy.
Disseminating Knowledge Through Collaboration
The Academy and other independent and plural institutions, constituted by a heterogenous group of experts in high positions from all regions shall endeavour, through a wide network of international and regional centers to provide graduates, foreign diplomats, and government officials with advanced study opportunities.
Furthermore, nowadays, all DAE graduates can request for the accreditation of Apostille Seal from the Hague Convention. The Diplomatic Academy and its partners have jointly agreed to continue working with many outstanding Institutions and Organizations, Intergovernmental organisations and governments.
